Do you love challenges?

• Installation/configuration, administration, upgrade and troubleshooting of tools/scenarios of systems like Application Clusters (Pacemaker, PowerHA Cluster, SIOS, Libelle) and Hyperscaler Tools (AWS EDRS, Azure ASR).
• HA/DR Test planning, coordinating the other teams and performing failover/failback tasks for the HA/DR tools.
• Advice and technical support for pre-sales and architecture team inquiries in day-to-day business for designing HA/DR tools/concepts.
• Project planning for the adaptation or upgrade of SAP and/or IT systems’ HA/DR tools/concepts.
• Management of escalations in the event of identified problems and errors and management of solutions (technical and/or organizational).
• Participation in or management of technical focus groups (topic groups) in multidisciplinary cooperation.
• Complete, transparent and comprehensible documentation of all work steps, also in day-to-day business.
• Willingness to conduct professional customer discussions, if necessary, also on site.

• University degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experienced with one of these products: Pacemaker Cluster, PowerHA Cluster, Azure ASR or AWS EDRS
• Fundamental SAP Basis Knowledge
• Fundamental Linux Knowledge
• Fundamental Hyperscaler Knowledge
