The CIS Hyperscaler Engineer (L3) is accountable for all aspects of public cloud management in an enterprise environment for NTT DATA Business Solutions. Ensuring public cloud services are delivered in line with global standards, compliances and available to SLA expectations.

• Lead & Provide guidance and implement best practices in cloud environments.
• Lead & involves in public cloud projects, cloud management, monitory and cloud adoption planning with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Works closely with various departments supporting the development and testing efforts in multiple cloud platforms.

• Ensure the documentation are maintained and kept up to date in line with NTT DATA Business Solutions standards and policies.
• Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
• Ensure that at all times company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.
• Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
• Manage security and access controls of cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards.

■ University degree in Information Technology.

■ Min 5+ years of experience in IT focusing on public cloud.

■ Proven experience in multiple public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience includes maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting.

■ Certification from Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and others.

■ Certification in ITIL.

■ Strong command in English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills and experience in international collaboration.

■ Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

■ Able to travel if required.
