The CIS Hyperscaler Engineer (L3) is accountable for all aspects of public cloud management in an enterprise environment for NTT DATA Business Solutions. Ensuring public cloud services are delivered in line with global standards, compliances and available to SLA expectations.

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead & Provide guidance and implement best practices in cloud environments.
• Lead & involves in public cloud projects, cloud management, monitory and cloud adoption planning with a mainly focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and follow by Microsoft Azure.
• Works closely with various departments supporting the development and testing efforts in multiple cloud platforms. 
• Ensure the documentation are maintained and kept up to date in line with NTT DATA Business Solutions standards and policies. 
• Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions. 
• Ensure that at all times company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to. 
• Manage and administer the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.
• Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Analyse existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
• Manage security and access controls of cloud-based solutions.

• Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards.

Convince us with your potential!

• 5 years of extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), encompassing design, deployment, configuration, and optimization of cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in both Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, with 5 years of hands-on experience in this domain.
• Proven track record in designing and operating medium to large-scale enterprise infrastructure, databases, and application systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an Agile framework, ensuring efficient project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and PowerShell, providing added value to automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Exposure to Terraform Cloud and AWS DevOps.
• Competent in various IT domains including networking, systems administration, data protection, and information security, ensuring comprehensive expertise in IT operations.
• A passionate learner with a strong aptitude for teaching and mentoring teammates and cross-functional partners, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail, facilitating effective collaboration and documentation practices.
• Proven experience in multiple public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience includes maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting. 
• Certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure & others will be added values
• Certification in ITIL. 
• Experience on leading large scale Cloud Project implementation.
• Strong on Cloud & Infrastructure entities via Amazon Web Services (AWS) & Microsoft Azure
