The CIS Remote Access Management Engineer is accountable for ensuring availability of Global IOSAPP services for NTT DATA Business Solutions. Ensuring services are delivered in line with global standards, compliances and available to SLA expectation.

• Manage the Citrix environment at NDBS sites. Functions may include designing and implementing current/new Citrix solutions, maintaining the systems throughout their life cycle, integrating, and publishing applications, integrating into the different environments, applying security policies, supporting the resolution of incidents/problems, and implementing effective service monitoring.
• Manage the Active Directory environment at NDBS sites. Functions may include support, configuration, design, operation, monitoring, management, and upgrading of all Domain Controllers and running instances of Microsoft Active Directory services deployed within NDBS.

• Manage underlying Windows Server technologies related to Citrix (RDS, SQL, DFS, DHCP, etc.) as well as Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Connect new source and target systems to the IAM and maintain the interfaces necessary for integration into the rest of the application landscape.
• Responsible for providing trend analysis to the Management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management.
• Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NDBS standards and policies.
• Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
• To carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
• Always ensure that company Policies, Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.

• The stable operation of our VDI and IAM environment through monitoring and adjustments is an important part of your work.

• Degree holder in IT / Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• Good knowledge of other Microsoft technologies like Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/GPO.
• Background experience of working within Citrix/IBM ISIM environment.
• Any CITRIX – CCA, CCE, CCP, or IBM ISIM, or equivalent/similar qualification.
• Practical experience with Citrix/VDI/Virtual App deployments in data center environment (multitenant data center experience is preferable).
• Proven experience in maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting VDI environments.
• Good knowledge of other Microsoft technologies like Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/GPO.
• Practical experience with IBM ISIM implementation.
• Strong English language – Written and Verbal and experience in international collaboration.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor
• Able to travel when/if required.
