The SuccessFactors Consultant is expected to have a deep understanding of and is responsible for providing expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily in EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS(min of atleast 2 module experience needed). They will be assigned to deliver tangible, sustainable, effective and quality SAP SuccessFactors-related business solutions for new implementations, ongoing customer support and, implementation of additional functionality, with experience in integration into other modules.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

■ Provide consulting services to clients in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience

■ Subject matter expert, with depth of understanding and ability to implement SAP SuccessFactors EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS modules

■ Delivery of workable solution, with primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules, to meet clients’ business requirements

■ Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution design for SAP SuccessFactors modules in compliance with the best practices

■ Carry out all phases of the project: Prepare, Explore, Realise (including configuration and testing) and Deploy (including data migration and data management activities in SF), as well as transition to Support

■ Adhere to corporate standard, security guidelines and sustainability, and deliver within time constraints

■ Identify sales opportunities at existing customers and communicate internally to management team. Support presales effort as needed in response to proposals, and conducting demonstrations and presentations

■ Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues


Key Performance Measures (KPM)

■ Ability to define solution to meet customer requirement

■ Strong demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills:

   – Confidence in presenting to, and discussing solutions with, various audiences and groups of different sizes

   – Experience in coordinating and managing workshops

■ Established experience working on customer sites managing and delivering quality technical services against formal service levels and timeframes

■ Capability in establishing and maintaining good and effective relationships, including with clients, and working collaboratively with a diversity of stakeholder groups and individuals

■ Ability to provide leadership and mentoring

■ Other contributions:

   – Active contribution to NTT DATA Business Solutions Knowledge Database/Intranet

   – Convey knowledge via blogs, presentations, discussions, workshops, etc.

■ Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or Master of Computer Science/Business Administration (MBA, preferably in HR)

■ Must be certified in Intro to Mastery/SF HCM Academy, and possess SAP SF Certificate

■ Recommended to also have SAP SF Variable Pay Management Associate Certificate

■ Additional Associate Certificate and knowledge in other SAP SF modules, preferably EC, will be an added advantage


Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

■ Qualification and experience, or a subject matter expert specialising in the following SuccessFactors modules:

   – EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS(min of atleast 2 module experience needed)

   – Sound industry experience of 5-8 years including:

   – At least 3 or more end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning implementations

   – Good business knowledge in various HR processes and Compensation management processes

   – Responsibility for maintaining configuration workbooks

   – Configuration of Roles Based Permissions and Platform

   – Configuration of provisioning

   – Configuration of Families and Roles in the system

   – Creation of ad-hoc reports

   – Good in XML configuration

■ Strong issues resolution experience with excellent analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills:

   – Demonstrated ability to extract, scope and document requirements

   – Passionate in analysing customers’ issues as well as to build and improve existing processes

   – Strong experience in troubleshooting of process problems and technical developments, as well as implementation of new functionality

■ Excellent business communication skills:

   – Exceptional written and verbal communication

   – High quality documentation delivery, with demonstrated experience preparing reports

■ Strong facilitation, consultation and convening skills and experience

■ Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills:

   – Excellent people skills, with a convincing and creative personality

   – Exceptional skills in managing stakeholder expectations

   – Solid skills in collaborating with a team of professionals

■ Solid time, task and people management skills:

   – Well organised with strong management skills, and an ability to establish and work to priorities

   – A highly positive, motivated, proactive self-starter and a responsible leader and team player
