Key Responsibility Areas
AMS & Production Support
Handle L2/L3 support tickets and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions
Support business users during month-end and year-end processes
Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and integrations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
SAP PM / EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
Configure and support:
Equipment & Functional Locations
Asset structures and hierarchy management
Maintenance Notifications & Orders
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Plans
Task Lists & Work Centers
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
Integration with MM, FI/CO, and Asset Accounting
Support breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance processes
Knowledge of EAM best practices within SAP S/4HANA
SAP MM (Materials Management)
Configure and support:
Procurement lifecycle (PR, PO, RFQ, Contracts)
Inventory Management & Warehouse processes
Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
Invoice Verification
Vendor & Material Master Data management
Integration with FI, SD, PP, and EAM processes
Cloud & Technical Exposure (Preferred)
Experience working on:
SAP S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud
Understanding of Fiori Apps
Enhancements & Change Management
Gather and analyse business requirements
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS)
Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP/Integration)
Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT support
Manage transport movements across system landscape

Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of SAP PM/MM experience
Strong hands-on configuration experience in PM & MM
Experience in EAM implementations or support projects
Experience in AMS / Production Support model
Good integration knowledge with FI/CO, Asset Accounting, and PP
Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud environments
SAP certification in PM, MM, or EAM
Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management
Ability to work in global delivery model
Flexible for support shifts (if applicable)
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
