Key Responsibilities:

The SAP HCM Consultant is responsible for successful support of the HCM module for our clients, support consisting of break/fix and extension of existing applications.

Daily tasks include:

• Break/Fix incident resolution
• End to end delivery of new business requirements
• Participation in project related tasks or change Requests
• Changes/modification of existing setup i.e. enhancements
• Solution advisor – to be able to come up with good and creative solutions for day to day business case challenges
• Able to self-manage and cope with multiple client tasks
• Able to deliver within SLAs and planned delivery timelines

Qualification & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology  degree or equivalent
• Experienced :
  • SAP HCM - PA/OM, Time management and Payroll
  • Any 2 or more APAC country payroll and statutory example MY, SG, ID, PH, TH, AU and etc.
  • Knowledge in AU and SG payroll will be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge in handling payroll rules and schema. Have done extensive changes including new PCR and subschema creation in both time and payroll.
  • Excellent knowledge in handling of configuration tables, features, dynamic action and etc for both time management and payroll.
  • Experienced in enhancement like custom functions, programs, features and etc.
  • SAP notes implementation and year end legal notes handling
  • Knowledge in HR Support pack implementation task
  • Knowledge in CATS will be advantageous
• Experienced in supporting the SAP ESS/MSS Portal.
• Experience in EC Payroll is desired.
• Experience in SMARTFORMS and Fiori is value added.
• Knowledge in SuccessFactors EC is value added.
• International working experience is required for this role.

Preferred

• At least 6-10 years experience in SAP HCM (focusing on payroll and time management).
• Experience in min 1 full project lifecycle implementations with the SAP HCM
• Extensive experience in in handling multiple support client globally.

• Based in Cyberjaya
• Working hours : Depending on the region being supported however ranging from 7am-6pm based on the rotational shift.
• Very good communication and personal skills.
• Good English in  written and spoken skills
• Team player, driven and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Proactive, focused on quality of deliverables
• Looking at growing skills and growing with the organization
