Accountability

• Responsible for Solution Design and Costing, Proposal for Application Management Services for SAP products
• Bid Support during Sales Cycle

Target markets and customer spectrum:

• Midsized, upper midsized and large customers

Tasks

• Analyse and qualify customer requests (RFI, RFP, …)
• Solution Design of consistent local or global delivery model according to requested scope and Service Level under consideration of delivery standards and capabilities for requested SAP products and modules.
• Definition of transition and Knowledge Transfer strategy from current mode of operations (CMO) to future mode of operations (FMO)
• Alignment with subject matter experts and architects in delivery organization for complex and nonstandard solutions
• Cost calculation of Managed Service
• Description of solution and offering in Proposal
• Perform workshops with customers for discovery and/or Due Diligence during bid process.
• Perform proposal presentation to customer.

• Min 5 years’ experience in business, preferred in managed services or SAP consulting /Presales.
• Understanding present SAP product portfolio
• Business administration basics for cost calculation
• Sales oriented approach to convince customers.
• Good communication and Presentation skills
• Team player
• Travel requirements <30%
• English Language
