This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Presales professional located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia that offers flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Presales professional will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering customized SAP solutions for our clients. The role entails working closely with clients and account managers to understand their business needs, develop proposals, and provide product demonstrations/customization. They will also be responsible for identifying areas of growth and strategic decision-making to achieve better results for the client.

• SAP Consulting and Presales skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
• Strong analytical skills to understand and resolve complex technical and business problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple, concise manner
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• SAP Certification in relevant modules is a plus
• Experience in working with clients across various industries is desirable
