  • What you can expect & what we want you to do
  • Acting as main contact for incidents and/or service requests
  • Solving incidents following existing documentation
  • Qualified registration of incidents and service requests
  • End-to-end tracking of tickets
  • Written and verbal interaction with the client and internal teams
  • Single Point of Contact for users

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer support/call center/ IT ServiceDesk
  • Some basic knowledge in SAP functional modules would be beneficial.
  • An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential.
  • Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal in English) 
  • Able to adapt to a process-oriented environment with multiple regions. 
  • Strong problem solving and research skills
  • Promptitude, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset
  • Provide accurate information to other support teams (2nd level support)
  • Punctual, diligent, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to learn and be dynamic to new challenges, in line with organization’s expansion plans 
  • Extrovert personality is highly preferred (social, outgoing, etc) 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya. 
  • Shift duty is required 24/7
