Do you love challenges?

 

  • Primary contact to the customers for operational and technical communication, ensuring common understanding between client and delivery on client requests
  • Strong SAP BASIS, OS and DB troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues
  • Proactively manage and safeguard the customer landscape, overseeing technical requirements. Collaborate with responsible experts, initiate necessary actions, and lead technical decision-making within the technical teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and system integrity
  • Ensures compliance with the agreed (delivery) processes by the customer together with the SDM
  • Accountable for ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of documentation pertaining to systems and services within scope of responsibility. This includes maintaining Technical and Customer Specific documents to facilitate a seamless handover process.
  • Actively strategizes capacity and expansion management, collaborates with customers on anticipated growth, and triggers supplementary requirements through SDM to ensure seamless scalability and operational efficiency.

  • Have 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration/project experience with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Have a diploma/bachelor's degree or higher and/or very strong technical skills within several SAP technologies.
  • Engaged in project management initiatives, demonstrating proficiency in fundamental project management concepts and methodologies
  • Possess experience with ITIL Foundation principles or an equivalent background in ITIL processes, coupled with hands-on familiarity in utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
  • Proficient in articulate technical information effectively through both written and verbal communication channels.
  • Demonstrated strong customer-interaction skills and a collaborative approach in working seamlessly with other departments
  • Demonstrates independence and self-driven initiative, coupled with a crucial attribute of being a collaborative team player
