The Global Transition Project Manager is accountable for project and transition management in the areas of Managed Cloud Services (MCS) and Application Management Services (AMS) for NTT DATA Business Solutions. Ensuring internal and external projects are delivered in line with NTT DATA Business Solutions Global Managed Services standards for Transition & Project Management.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Initiate, plan, run and successfully close Infrastructure, Managed Cloud or Application Management projects while carefully monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to NTT DATA Business Solutions project methodology in every phase of the project delivery
• Works closely with various departments when delivering the projects.
• Ensure that project documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NTT DATA Business Solutions standards and policies.
• Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
• To carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
• Ensure that at all times company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
• As a member of the global NTT DATA Business Solutions Managed Service Project Management community, you will be expected to help drive the use of our project methodology, while demonstrating and openly encouraging the behaviors expected from a professional, best in class Project Management team.

Qualification & Certifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar.
• Certification PRINCE2, PMP/PMI and similar.
• Certification in ITIL is an advantage.

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Min 10 years in IT project management is mandatory.
• Additional 5+ years’ experience in IT Consulting or Support in areas of Infrastructure, MCS or AMS.
• SAP Basis or SAP Application background an advantage.
• Strong command in English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills and experience in international collaboration.
• Ability to work independent and personal drive is required.
• Pro-active behavior is required.
• Working experience with European cultures an advantage.
• Willing to occasionally work closer to CET working hours if working on European customer projects.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
• Able to travel if required.
