
About the Role
Join our Artificial Intelligence Services (AIS) team and help shape the future of enterprise AI. As a DevOps Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our GenAI platform services, ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external users worldwide.
You will act as a trusted partner for customers, projects, and stakeholders, providing operational support, troubleshooting incidents, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvements across our AI and MLOps landscape. This role combines customer interaction, cloud operations, automation, and modern AI technologies in a dynamic international environment.
Your responsibilities

Support customers and project teams in the successful adoption and usage of GenAI platform services.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.

Provide application-level support with a focus on AI model lifecycle management and MLOps capabilities.

Conduct troubleshooting and screen-sharing sessions with users and stakeholders.

Create, improve, and maintain technical documentation, user guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, Service Desk teams, and 2nd-level support organizations.

Contribute to the design, testing, deployment, and automation of new MLOps features and capabilities.

Support the development and optimization of Azure DevOps pipelines and deployment automation.

Research and propose improvements that simplify, automate, and enhance operational processes.

Actively participate in Agile team ceremonies, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for

Strong experience working in Microsoft Azure Cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of monitoring and operational support practices.

Experience with Python and automation scripting.

Understanding of PowerShell.

Solid knowledge of Azure services such as:

Azure OpenAI
-
Azure AI Foundry
-
API Management
-
Other relevant Azure platform components

Experience with or understanding of:

Machine Learning Operations (MLOps)

Model Lifecycle Management

AI/ML service operations

Basic understanding of Data Science and Data Engineering workflows.
