Do you love challenges?

As Head of GRC (Governance, Risk Management and Compliance) & Insurance Global Procurement, you will work with colleagues in global Purchasing, Travel/Fleet and Facility and be part of the Global Procurement Committee.

Your main objective is to take responsibility for the strategic management of all GRC-related activities at a global level. You will ensure the operational implementation of GRC activities at local level.

Procurement GRC Management responsibilities:

■ Establish a process for the implementation of GRC issues in cooperation with the procurement directors and managers as well as the regional purchasing managers

■ Contact person for other departments regarding the GRC topics

■ Implementation of supplier relationship management in accordance with the defined process (global level)

■ Implementation of projects in the area of sustainability

In addition, you will take responsibility for the strategic management of all insurance-related activities on a global level. You will ensure the operational implementation of insurance activities at local level.

Area of responsibility of the Insurance Management:

■ Strategic management of insurance-related projects

■ Operational management of global insurance program (advice and support in implementation)

■ Supervision of insurance claims together with the insurance broker

Convince us with your potential

■ A university degree – preferably in the field of business – or an equivalent form the basis of your qualification.

■ You already have knowledge and experience of (software) tools, techniques and processes in the field of GRC Management and Insurance Management.

■ Previous management experience with small and mid-sized teams is an advantage.

■ You have proven experience in global GRC Management and work experience in a complex environment, ideally within professional services, with large spends across multi-regions and between multiple group companies.

■ You not only are an excellent communicator with a concise and clear style but also a strong negotiator and experienced in multi-team settings.

■ In addition, you have a very good command of the German and English language in written and spoken form.

■ A willingness to travel internationally is a matter of course for you.
