 About the Role

As a Team Lead for one of our Finnish HXM (Human Experience Management) Teams you will split your time between the Team Lead responsibilities and consultancy tasks depending on area of expertise.

Depending on the size of team and time of the year a Team Leader within HXM should plan with 20-40% of one’s time is spent on the Team Lead role. The additional work hours are focused towards our customers as a Consultant, Delivery Manager or Solution Architect depending on your area of expertise.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Nobody is perfect, but we could imagine that you have some of these skills:

• Functional/Technical Expertise: Configuration of SuccessFactors and/or experience with project managing digital HR transformations or managing architecture across multiple HR processes and systems.
• Team Lead experience: A genuine interest in people and what makes them tick. A warm and empathetic personality, guiding and coaching your team members to grow from their individual stand point.
• Fluency in English is required, Finnish is an advantage.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement. A knack for leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception to completion, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Change Management: Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting organizations through transformation, particularly within HR functions.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive work culture and engaging constructively with colleagues and clients alike.
• Problem-Solving: Creative and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and solving complex problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to personal and professional development, with a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest HR technologies and methodologies.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Openness to travel and work on diverse projects within the Nordics, adapting to new challenges and environments with a positive attitude.

 Team Lead Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management for consultants within own team and enable them to deliver services in accordance with customer expectations and uphold expected allocation rate.
• Responsible for ensuring that a personal development plan and performance management process with goals are defined for all consultants within own team.
• Approve and follow up consultant time registrations.
• Follow-up and manage resource allocation and ensure forecasting is always updated for any given consultant.
• Support consultants with prioritization on a needs basis to enable efficiency and service delivery in accordance with customer expectations.
• Responsible for planning onboarding of new employees to own team in accordance with the onboarding framework defined.
• Responsible for continuously contributing to the ongoing improvement and structuring of people management practices and processes.
