As the Head of Global Innovation (f/m/d), you will be part of the Global Innovation & Industry Consulting (GIIC) unit and at the forefront of driving the business success of innovation. 

Your tasks and responsibilities include: 

■ Foster a culture of innovation across regions, driving engagement within various communities and at different organizational levels 

■ Build and manage innovation communities across regions, fostering ideas and aligning on shared goals 

■ Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and regional leaders to co-create innovative solutions 

■ Identify emerging technologies, trends, and business models to create a pipeline of transformative initiatives 

■ Engage with clients to define and establish requirements and outcomes 

■ Responsible for managing 5 direct reports 

■ Represent the organization in global forums, industry events, and partnerships to establish thought leadership within innovation 

■ Develop frameworks for ideation, validation, prototyping, and scaling innovative solutions based on SAP and other customer-relevant technologies 

■ Oversee a portfolio of global innovation projects, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
