POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Our Change Assurance Practice has been growing consistently over the last 4 years and the services delivered by this team remain a key strand of the NTT Data Business Solutions growth strategy.  There is a significant market opportunity to help existing & new customers achieve their digital transformation goals with the addition of change management and project based training services 

We now seek to appoint additional SAP Change Management and Training Consultants to support the growth of this important line of business and contribute to the evolution of the practice itself. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the change journey for all impacted stakeholders within the assigned Client environments. At the same time there is an opportunity to bring ideas and innovation to the table, contributing to evolving and shaping our ways of working.

Due to our customer base operating across Europe and beyond, we are looking in particular for French speakers.

Responsibilities and Expectations

1. Be an integral part of the Project Management Team, working very closely with the Client Organization to ensure successful delivery of the project and transforming trust into value.
2. Support the Change and Training manager in establishing ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with customers.
3. Deliver within prescribed timelines high quality Project Business Change Deliverables in line with the programme plans and statements of works (SOW)
4. Share knowledge, skills and experience for the greater advancement of the team including support with practice development and enhancement of the NTT Data Business Solutions methodology where required. 
5. Take responsibility for self-directed learning.  Adopt the principle of one consultant two skills.
6. Support NTT Data Business Solutions business development activities providing input to RFI’s, RFP’s and playing an active role in client presales engagements where required

SCOPE/DIMENSION OF THIS ROLE:

• Ability to perform a full-time role for selected portions SAP Programmes
• Good understanding of at least one SAP module from a content perspective will be of benefit
• Frequent travel including overnight stay to all locations within project scope may be required depending up on client requirements
• Flexibility required for working times and hours at key points in an implementation

• Ability to quickly understand business processes, identify interdependencies & organization/programme considerations
• Effective listener, empathetic, positive outlook, embraces change
• Proactive, confident, and tenacious (will follow actions through to a successful conclusion)
• High personal drive and extremely self-motivated,
• Demonstrated good judgement and initiative
• Experience in delivering change management and training projects, ideally within a SAP environment
