Position Description:

Act as Senior SAP Application Consultant, Sourcing & Procurement and lead on assigned SAP implementation projects.  Implement SAP Sourcing & Procurement functionality.

Applicant can be located in any U.S. city and must be willing to travel up to 100% based on team, client and project needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Deliverables

• Document client Sourcing & Procurement requirements and map to appropriate SAP solutions;
• Configure the SAP Sourcing & Procurement solutions and perform initial testing;
• Identify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements/customization;
• Test the SAP solution for accuracy and fulfillment of Sourcing & Procurement requirements;
• Train users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution;
• Support end users during hyper care immediately after go-live for the new SAP Sourcing & Procurement solutions; and
• Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement.

Internal Deliverables

• Support presales activities and team with proposal development and assure Request for Proposals responses are in line with SAP Sourcing & Procurement solutions;
• Serve as escalation point for Sourcing & Procurement support service;
• Act as liaison between offshore technical SAP consultants and customer;
• Provide oversight and advisory services in the SAP Sourcing & Procurement solutions, working with other colleagues, as necessary;
• Mentor colleagues working with the SAP Sourcing & Procurement solutions.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) related to assigned SAP Sourcing & Procurement modules or related field of study, i.e. finance, accounting, sales, marketing, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
• 5 years of SAP Sourcing & Procurement modules implementation projects experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years of experience
• 2 years integration experience with other process areas
• 2 years leadership experience on SAP implementation projects
• Experience configuring multiple SAP modules OR experience across multiple industries
• Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP implementations

Preferred:

• Enhancements and user-exits in areas of functional expertise
• S/4 HANA 1809 to 2021 exposure and/or training
• Fiori experience
• Upgrade, Roll-out, and implementation projects
• Material Flow System

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $111,312 - $179,000.  The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
