Hours:                                             Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Summary of Duties: Be assigned to Process and Functional Assessments and strategic accounts to influence the customer’s future SAP direction. Leverage trusted partnerships with customers to grow revenue by recommending project improvements, and participating in assessments and roadmap activities. Act as key consultant on land and expand opportunities. Participate in business process and functional assessments that stabilize and position further projects to optimize the customer’s SAP investment. Use business and SAP product knowledge credibility to advise clients and provide guidance towards the best holistic project solution. Establish customer alignment by being seen as a trusted and practical advisor.  Be a thought leader and mentor in Managed Services. Explain abstract and complex solutions in a way that the customer understands. Deliver difficult information at all organizational levels and determine appropriate courses of action. Create business process reviews and long-term roadmaps for the client. Configure in multiple SAP FICO modules and application areas. Mentor and lead assigned team resources from NDBS or the client. Generate follow up business through existing client relationships. Assess escalation situations.

Requires up to 100% travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Multiple positions available. May work remotely.

Qualifications:  Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or eight (8) years of experience in any computer related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience in any computer related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Requires extensive SAP project implementation experience in FICO (both finance and controlling) and in at least one other cross application area. Requires experience in FICO Consulting. Requires experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP project implementations. Requires extensive leadership experience on SAP implementation projects. Requires up to 100% travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Multiple positions available. May work remotely.

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $167,200 - $249,167.  The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
