Job Title: SAP ABAP Consultant – L2

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to design, develop, and support custom solutions within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in ABAP programming, a solid understanding of SAP business processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
•    Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•    Support SAP modules (such as SD, MM, FICO, PP, etc.) with custom developments and enhancements.
•    Debug and resolve issues in existing ABAP programs.
•    Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver effective solutions.
•    Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
•    Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
•    Prepare technical documentation and provide user training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
•    Strong expertise in ABAP programming, including Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV), Interfaces (RFC, BAPI, IDoc), Enhancements (User Exits, BADI), Forms (SAPscript, SmartForms, Adobe Forms), and Workflows.
•    Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
•    Good understanding of SAP business processes and integration points.
•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:
•    Exposure to OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5 development.
•    Experience with performance tuning and code optimization.
•    Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
•    SAP ABAP certification is a plus.
