POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The Senior Expert Ariba role is a key and influencing role within the NTT DATA Business Solutions (NDBS) Supply Chain practice Itelligence Cloud & Logistics Practice.  The successful candidate will be part of a wider team responsible for the design and implementation of SAP solutions to our customer base and to meet our customer’s needs. As a Senior Expert you will support customer engagements and perform delivery of the SAP Ariba solutions working alongside Ariba Solution Architects, Project Managers and the Integration Team to deliver innovative and high- quality solutions integrated into core S4/ECCSAP ERP and non- SAP solutions.

Responsibilities and Expectations
•Support Ariba Solution Architect to workWork closely with customer and itelligence NDBS sales and business development teams to assist in the translation oftranslate business requirements into a solution that takes advantage of the SAP Ariba capabilities, supporting the architecting of SAP Ariba within the overall solution landscape.  This will include collaboratively compiling statements of works to support any stage of the sales and deal review processes.  Leads and co-ordinates integrated workshops with detail and complexity with Senior Stakeholders in the customer business.
•Provide thought leadership to Itelligence NDBS and its customers focused on procurement strategy, based on specifically in the SAP Ariba solutions and the Aribathe SAP Ariba product road map•Act as the design authority on the projects ensuring the quality and integrity of SAP Ariba solutions being implemented is aligned to industry best practice
•Adhering to the agreed NDBS itelligence strategy, engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments to ensure itelligence remains at the forefront of the market within which we operate.  Share, use and communicate expert knowledge in order to develop others and make business processes more effective.
•Recognise potential for repeat and extended business with respect to end-to-end service offer by itelligence and provide comprehensive input.  Support itelligence to grow our business by being alert to the customer opportunities that present themselves.
•Have strength and depth in delivery and configuration expertise in the SAP Ariba Procure to PayBuying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Source to Contract and Ariba Supplier Management solutions Buying and Invoicing.
•Have experience and knowledge in of the Source to Pay and Supplier Management, business processes Strategic Sourcing and Direct Spend for both Direct and Indirect Spend. 
•Have previous experience of SRM would be advantageous
•Have Eexperience of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA Procurement, Goods Receipt, Service Sheet and InvoiceSourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable processes would be advantageous

 PERSONAL PROFILE – EXPERIENCE
•The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate between 4 and 6 years of professional experience working within an SAP / Ariba consulting environment.  Experience working with a value added re-seller or software house would be advantageous
•Proven and demonstrable experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of all elements of between 4 and 6 full project lifecycles
