ServiceNow Business Analyst – GRC/IRM

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in GRC/IRM to support risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities
•    Gather and analyze business requirements related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes.
•    Work with stakeholders to understand risk, compliance, audit, policy, and control requirements.
•    Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•    Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
•    Understand processes related to Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Controls.
•    Conduct stakeholder workshops and document current and future-state processes.
•    Collaborate with architects, developers, and functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
•    Support UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and business sign-off.
Required Skills
•    8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
•    Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
•    Good understanding of Risk, Compliance, Policy, Audit, and Controls Management.
•    Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and documentation.
•    Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
