ServiceNow Business Analyst – CMDB

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in CMDB and CSDM to work with business and technical stakeholders, understand requirements, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•    Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to CMDB and CSDM.
•    Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
•    Understand and document CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle management.
•    Support CMDB governance, data quality, normalization, reconciliation, and data ownership processes.
•    Collaborate with technical teams on Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and CMDB data population.
•    Define acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and use cases.
•    Support UAT planning, test case validation, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
•    Work closely with ServiceNow architects and developers to ensure requirements align with platform capabilities.
Required Skills
•    6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow environments.
•    Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
•    Good understanding of CI lifecycle, data quality, relationships, reconciliation, and governance.
•    Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations.
•    Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and UAT experience.
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
