Experience: 8–9 years (typically L2/L3 support)

Support Level    L1/L2/L3 production support for Calypso platform
Modules    Front Office, Trade Workflow, Pricing, Market Data, Risk (Market/Credit), Back Office, Settlements, Collateral Management
Financial Products    Derivatives (IRS, CCS, FX, Options, CDS), Fixed Income, Money Market, FX Forwards
Technical Skills    Oracle/SQL, UNIX/Linux, Shell Scripting, Calypso APIs, ERS/FOWS, MxML-like interfaces
Integration    SWIFT, Bloomberg, Markit, DTCC SDR, FedWire, internal GL systems
Incident Management    Troubleshooting production issues, STP failures, P&L evaluation, trade feed issues
Change Management    Participate in upgrades, testing, deployment, release cycles
