Job Title: SAP Consultant (PM/PS) – L2

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Project Systems (PS) to support, implement, and enhance SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM/PS solutions.
•    Configure and support SAP PM (maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance) and/or SAP PS (project structuring, planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring).
•    Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, etc.) for integrated solutions.
•    Handle day-to-day support issues, change requests, and enhancements.
•    Conduct functional testing, user training, and documentation.
•    Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
•    Work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    5+ years of experience in SAP PM and/or PS modules.
•    Strong understanding of plant maintenance and/or project management business processes.
•    Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
•    Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Attributes:
•    Exposure to international SAP projects or multi-country rollouts.
•    Experience with third-party system integration and reporting tools.
•    Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
•    SAP certification in PM or PS is a plus.
