Job Description:

•                IT Support Analyst – Key Requirements
o    Strong experience supporting IT systems and operations.
o    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
o    Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under pressure.
o    Fast-paced environment: high volume of issues/bugs/observations in a system already in production.
o    Acts as a liaison between the Business Team (clients) and vendors.
•                Nice-to-have:
o    Experience working with Legal operations or familiarity with Legal Department processes.
o    Knowledge of tools/products used by Legal teams.
•                Key Responsibilities:
o    Technical support to the team.
o    Issue triaging and escalation.
o    Data validation and reporting.
•                Clear indicator for fit:
o    Ability to prioritize multiple requests/issues simultaneously.
o    Understanding of drivers used to determine urgency and priority.
