Job Description:  Visual Design & Development | E2 | Mid-level Designer (Experience 3+ years)

Ensuring User Experience (UX) consistency is critical for SAP, directly impacting customer buying and renewal decisions, as well as the Developer Experience for internal teams. Currently, SAP faces a significant challenge: the absence of a standardized, scalable, and automated mechanism to assess and enforce UX consistency across its diverse product portfolio, which uses various technologies. This lack of automation had led to a situation where UX compliance relies on manual processes and individual interpretation of guidelines. To address this challenge, it is a high priority to develop automated tool which can reliably detect UX inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with evolving UX guidelines.
3 resources - 1 Design Ops specialist to conduct crucial iterative testing and ensure the quality and reliability of our UX checks. - 2 Developers to strengthen our team and accelerate the creation of the core checking ruleset and logic. Create clear documentation and test reports with end to end testing, following defined processes and standards. Collaborate closely with design, development, and product teams to support smooth delivery. Participate in UXC requirements engineering and hand over validated requirements to development. Monitor reported issues for the team and work with development teams on follow-ups and resolutions.
Skills:
For all 3 positions Must-have: 
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 technologies Quickly grasps new concepts, the ability to transform complex problems into engineering topics. Able to solve complex problems independently, using AI to improve efficiency and productivity. 
For 1 Design Operation Specialist (optional requirements) 
Nice to have: Familiar with SAP’s Product Standards for UX Consistency and SAP’s Design guidelines documentation. Working knowledge of UI5 or React Web Components. 
For 2 Developers (extra requirements): They need to have solid project experience on JavaScript technology and CSS, HTML technologies. 
Working knowledge of UI5, React, Web Component or AI related topics, like MCP server, LLM service is a big plus.
