Job Description:

Organizational Skill: 

3 to 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba. 

Effective communication skills as well as negotiation and problem-solving skills.

High degree of reliability and thoroughness as well as high planning and organizational skills. 

Desired Competencies (Functional/Technical/Behavioral Competency)  

Must-Have: 

Strong experience in Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Life Cycle and Performance Management. 

Must have 3 to 8 years of experience with Ariba solutions with client facing roles.  

Lead and facilitate customer technical sessions to identify and document customer requirements. 

Minimum 3 End to End Implementation experience involving Ariba Upstream solution Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Life Cycle and Performance Management. 

Experience in Workbook enablement, Custom Header Field Data Collection template, Design Matrix for different sub processes. 

Assist in resolving issues related to transmission of electronic documents via the Ariba Network, CIG and Ariba solutions. 

Strong experience in Template Configurations and Approval hierarchies. 

Experience in SAP S/4 technical support for any Ariba related integrations issues. 

Strong Integration experience with hands-on setting up CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) 

Experience with Ariba network configuration. 

Hands-on functional configuration and design experience. 

Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints. 

Integration Experience with S4 HANA and SAP MDG. 

Clear understanding of source to pay processes leveraging SAP Ariba and integration to other functions. 

Able to effectively guide the client on the improvement areas in terms of business process re-engineering wherever needed. 

Nice-to-Have  

Ariba Buying and Invoicing and Commerce Automation Knowledge. 

Prepare training documentation and user manuals.  

Should be able to work independently with customer and delivery the project  

Relevant Certification would be preferred. 

Establish effective working relationships directly with clients. 

Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen 

Providing support for deployment and sustainment as necessary.
