SAP FSM with (SAP S/4HANA, Proaxia & CPI Integration experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service, Proaxia mobile solutions, and SAP CPI integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting field service solutions that enable efficient service operations, workforce scheduling, and mobile technician enablement.
The role requires strong functional knowledge of service management processes along with integration expertise across SAP cloud and on-premise systems
Required Skills
•    Strong experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
•    Experience integrating FSM with SAP S/4HANA
•    Hands-on experience with Proaxia Field Service Management
•    Integration development using SAP CPI
•    Knowledge of service processes including work orders, dispatching, technician mobility, and service confirmations
•    Experience with APIs, IDocs, OData services, and web services
•    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities
SAP FSM Implementation & Configuration
•    Implement and configure SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions for field service operations.
•    Configure FSM modules including:
o    Planning & Dispatching
o    Workforce Scheduling
o    Service Call Management
o    Mobile Field Service Execution
•    Define scheduling policies, dispatching rules, and technician assignment logic.
•    Configure workflows, business rules, and notifications.
