Job Description:

Position Description: 
Act as both a lead and a higher-level Consultant on assigned tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1.    Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners to understand the specific Enterprise master data needs and be able to translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution.
2.    Expert knowledge in SAP system sizing, DMS Cloud, SAP Data Archiving and SAP BASIS.
3.    Define and maintain data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles specifically for SAP environments.
4.    Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, technical consultants, and business analysts to ensure data models align with business goals.
5.    Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend adoption to enhance data architecture maturity.
6.    Define data lineage strategy, data archiving, decommissioning strategy to manage historical data and reduce TCO.
7.    Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse and data lake architecture patterns.
8.    Solid knowledge of data governance frameworks and Mastre Data Management principles, particularly within SAP landscapes.
9.    Implementation experience in hybrid landscapes.
10.    Excellent understanding of data migration concepts, and strategies.
11.    Experience in data migration using SAP, and non-SAP solutions.
12.    Experience in conducting design thinking workshops.
13.    Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP).
14.    Experience with SAP Activate, as well as Agile, Scrum methodologies.
15.    Experience in agile environments and DevOps practices.
16.    Exposure to implementation in Hyperscaler Cloud landscape such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
17.    Knowledge of non-SAP data integration and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks.
18.    Proficient using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.)
Education:
1.    Required Bachelor’s or Master’s university degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.
2.    SAP certification(s) in data architecture, HANA modeling, or related domains.
3.    Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL are nice to have.
