Position: SAP HCM Payroll  Consultant

Relevant Experience : 12-1 4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

•   Gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications and writing

     Documentation,  Analyzing, developing and testing around risk, finance and

     compliance in an IT environment     

*    Should have in-depth experience in OM, PA, Time, UK Payroll
•    Demonstrable expertise and experience in at least 5 to 8 end-to-end SAP UK Payroll

     implementations
•    Should have strong exposure to UK Payroll legislations aspects, Statutory Processes,

     Pre / Post Payroll activities, Month-end (RTI etc.) and Year-end Activities like P60,

     P11D etc.
•    Expert in GB Payroll Schemas and Rules
•    Exposure to GB Public Sector Payroll will be an added advantage
•    Led at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end UK payroll implementations with multiple

     employee terms and conditions for blue collar and white collar employees
•    Led multiple full-cycle UK Payroll implementations including ‘mid-year’ go-lives
•    Very well experienced in integrating SuccessFactors with EC / ECC payroll. 
•    Should have very good experience in conducting workshops, ability to understand

      the client requirements and in solution designing. 
•    Should have Team handling and Tasks delegation skills.
•    Experience in SAP Time (Positive) Management module is an added advantage
•    Experience in implementing payroll for large organizations or UK public sectors will

      be added advantage
•    Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
•    Ability to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve

      problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
•    Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing

       and Support.

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely
•    Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
•    Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
•    Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical

       advancements
