Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP FICO lead our SAP consulting practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing SAP implementation projects. As the SAP Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP solutions, managing a team of consultants, and driving business growth within the SAP practice area.
 
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the SAP consulting practice, including project delivery, resource management, and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the SAP consulting team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the SAP practice area, including expanding service offerings, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships.
Oversee the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Manage a team of SAP consultants, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to promote SAP services.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide thought leadership within the organization.
Act as a subject matter expert on SAP solutions, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the SAP practice, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
 
Required Skills :
9+years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP implementation, integration, and support.
Experienced in team management roles, preferably as an Lead / Manager / Practice Manager or similar roles.
Strong understanding of core SAP FICO including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform and Knowledge on SAP Business AI along with SAP Public Cloud
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
