Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in HR Mini-Master, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management and CATS Timesheet Processing
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA-specific HCM processes, along with a solid understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to SAP S/4HANA integration and the Business Partner concept in S/4HANA. The consultant will support employee master data processes and workforce enablement in S/4HANA to ensure seamless execution of downstream processes such as HR master data, timesheets and approvals.
Knowledge of SAP Concur to S/4HANA integration and related employee/expense process dependencies will be considered an advantage.
The role requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Integration teams to deliver high-quality SAP HCM solutions, support production issues, and contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
HR Master Data and HR Mini-Master
•    Configure and support SAP S/4HANA HCM Personnel Administration processes
•    Maintain and troubleshoot employee master data and HR Mini-Master records
•    Support employee lifecycle events including:
•    Hiring / rehires / transfers /organizational changes, etc
•    Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with business policies and controls
•    Support workforce enablement data required for downstream S/4HANA processes
Time Management and Timesheet Processing
•    Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management processes
•    Support:
•    timesheet processing
•    attendance and absence management
•    Holiday calendar and work schedule configuration
•    overtime processing
•    time validation and issue resolution
•    Apply knowledge of Time Evaluation concepts and payroll/time integration dependencies
•    CATS configuration and testing.
SuccessFactors EC to S/4HANA Integration
•    Support employee data replication from SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA
•    Understand replication impacts on:
•    employee master data
•    employment status
•    organizational assignment
•    company and cost center assignment
•    downstream time and payroll-related attributes
•    Work with cross-functional teams to validate source-to-target data alignment
•    Support integration testing, defect resolution, and process validation for workforce enablement scenarios
S/4HANA Business Partner and Downstream Process Understanding
•    Demonstrate understanding of the Business Partner concept in SAP S/4HANA
•    Support design and issue analysis where employee data has dependencies on operational processes in S/4HANA
•    Understand how employee data supports downstream processes such as:
•    time recording
•    payroll
•    approvals
Functional Support and Enhancements
•    Gather and analyze business requirements
•    Prepare functional specifications and process documentation
•    Work closely with technical teams on design, testing, deployment, and support activities
•    Perform configuration, testing, defect triage, and UAT support
•    Provide production support and incident resolution within agreed SLAs
Reporting, Controls, and Compliance
•    Support standard and custom SAP HCM reports
•    Assist in reconciliation, audit, and compliance activities related to employee and time data
•    Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and data quality standards

•    Understanding of the Business Partner concept in SAP S/4HANA
•    Awareness of downstream dependencies across:
•    time recording / CATS
•    payroll
•    approvals

Preferred / Additional Experience
•    Exposure to multi-country HR transformation programmes
•    Knowledge of SAP Concur to S/4HANA integration or related expense process dependencies
•    Understanding of employee master data needs for reimbursement or expense-related processes
