Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java / React Developer with 7–10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based backend development and modern frontend technologies, particularly React.js, along with hands-on experience in Microservices, cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while contributing to technical architecture and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java and React.js.
•    Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
•    Develop modern, responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
•    Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
•    Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to system design, technology selection, and implementation strategies.
•    Design and optimize backend services for scalability, reliability, and performance.
•    Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs.
•    Implement messaging and event-driven solutions using Kafka and JMS (ActiveMQ).
•    Design and optimize SQL queries and database interactions using PostgreSQL.
•    Implement automated unit testing, integration testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
•    Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
•    Containerize applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes platforms.
•    Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application stability and availability.
•    Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers by promoting engineering best practices.
•    Leverage GitHub Copilot and Generative AI development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
