Lead Consultant

Job Description:

o    Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP EHS.
o    Experience of 8-14 years in SAP EHS.
o    Expertise in Incident Management- Incident categories and severities, Incident recording, processing, Investigation and Incident closure. Knowledge on root cause analysis method and legal reporting.
o    Expertise in Health and Safety Management- Chemical Management and approval process, Risk Assessment, Sampling and Occupational Health
o    Should have knowledge on Work Clearance Management in conjunction with Asset Management and Plant Maintenace.Good Knowledge on Isolation Certificates/ Safety Certificates.
o    Environment Management-Knowledge on Compliance requirements, Compliance scenarios, Regulations and Permits- Air, Water and Waste.
o    Should have good exposure on GHG emissions- and its types.Data collection, calculations, handle deviations and data reporting.
o    Good to have exposure on Audit,re-usable templates, questionnaires, reporting and MOC.
o    Good Knowledge on workflow and workflow approval processes.
o    Expertise in project implementation including AS-IS and TO-BE documentations, gap analysis, Functional Specification, Technical Specification, Unit testing, Integration testing and User-acceptance testing
o    Must have completed a minimum of 2 SAP EHS/EHSM full life- cycle implementations.
o    Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate a point of view.
o    Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements 
o    Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements 
o    Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. 
o    Design, customize, configure and testing 
o    Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. 
o    Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. 
o    Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
o    Document functional designs, test cases and results.
o    Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements 
o    Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects 
o    Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
o    Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required 
o    Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members if a need arises
o    8 to 10 years of exp in SAP
o    Effective communication, Written and Good Email Etiquettes Skills, as well as negotiation and problem solving skills
o    People focus and taking personal responsibility
o    Consistently driving results, even under tough circumstances
o    High degree of reliability and thoroughness as well as high planning and organizational skills
o    Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
o    Understanding of accounting business processes 
o    Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
o    Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
o    Ready to travel
