Role Overview:
As a Lead Consultant in SAP ISU – FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable), you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of financial processes within the SAP ISU environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial operations, configure FICA components, and ensure seamless integration with other ISU modules. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex financial scenarios in the utility’s domain.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead SAP ISU FICA implementation and support projects across various utility clients.
•    Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
•    Configure and customize FICA processes including account determination, payment processing, dunning, collections, and refunds.
•    Integrate FICA with Billing, Device Management, and CRM modules.
•    Provide expert-level support for financial transactions, reconciliation, and reporting.
•    Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and UAT.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex financial issues within the SAP ISU environment.
•    Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development.
•    Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills:
•    Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ISU with a strong focus on FICA.
•    Deep understanding of FICA processes including contract accounts, payments, dunning, and collections.
•    Experience in integration with Billing, DM, and CRM modules.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•    Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and financial project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
•    SAP ISU FICA certification (preferred).
•    Exposure to S/4HANA Utilities or SAP Cloud solutions.
•    Experience working with international clients and regulatory frameworks.
