•    8 to 14 years of experience in SAP PM.
•    SAP PP-PI Solution Architect with at least 3 end to end implementations.
•    Strong business knowledge of life sciences industry 
•    Should have strong experience in Batch Management, Planning Process, and Sampling Process & Process Industry.
•    Cross module knowledge of SAP Quality Management and Plant Maintenance.
•    SAP S/4HANA knowledge would be an added advantage.
•    Flexible to Travel.
•    SAP Certification is an added advantage.

•    Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP PM implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
•    Conduct business requirement workshops and translate functional requirements into system configurations.
•    Design and implement PM processes such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown management, calibration, refurbishment, and warranty management.
•    Configure SAP PM master data including equipment, functional locations, bill of materials (BOM), task lists, maintenance plans, and notifications.
•    Set up maintenance order types, planning parameters, breakdown priorities, work centers, and catalog profiles.
•    Work with ABAP teams for functional specifications, custom reports, enhancements, BAPIs/BADIs, and user-exits.
•    Collaborate with MM, QM, FI/CO, PS, and PM/CS functional teams for cross-module integration.
•    Ensure seamless integration with procurement, inventory, quality, and project systems.
•    Develop test scenarios, perform unit/system/integration testing.
•    Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and training materials.
•    Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
•    Recommend best practices and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
•    Handle change requests, enhancements, and version upgrades (ECC/S4HANA).
•    Experience with S/4HANA PM, Fiori apps, Business Partner concepts, and simplified data models.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
•    Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PM module with at least 3 full end-to-end implementations.
•    Strong expertise in PM master data, maintenance planning, order management, and integration points.
•    Experience working with business stakeholders, engineers, planners, and maintenance personnel.
•    Good understanding of industry standards in maintenance (TPM, reliability engineering, EAM).
•    Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams.
•    Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Good to Have
•    S/4HANA certification in PM or EAM.
•    Exposure to Predictive Maintenance, Asset Manager, and mobile PM solutions.
•    Knowledge of SAP Workflow, IoT integration, and analytics tools (Fiori, SAC).
•    Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, automotive, or heavy engineering sectors.
