Position: PMO (Project Management Office)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with 8 years of expertise in project governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will support project and program delivery through structured frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, best practices, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide end-to-end PMO support for large-scale programs and multiple projects.
•    Develop and maintain project governance structures, templates, tools, and processes.
•    Track project status, milestones, budgets, risks, and issues across the portfolio.
•    Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
•    Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent project delivery.
•    Support resource management, including allocation tracking and forecasting.
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
•    Facilitate project audits, compliance checks, and adherence to PMO standards.
•    Organize and lead regular project review meetings.
•    Act as a single point of contact for PMO-related activities and escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (PMP / PRINCE2 / PMO certifications

      preferred).
•    8+ years of experience in PMO roles, with exposure to enterprise-level project

      environments.
•    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
•    Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Clarity, Smartsheet, etc.).
•    Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience working in global/matrixed organizations.
•    Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, or related frameworks.
•    Prior experience in a consulting or enterprise delivery setting is a plus.
