SuccessFactors PMGM and SPCDP Certified Consultant with Implementation and Support Experience.
Customer centric skills, communication skills, analytical skills, result driven approach and collaborative skills. These skills are essential to essay the role of an. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
o    At least 3-5 years of Experience configuring and implementing PMGM 
o    HR Domain Experience of Minimum 2 years Preferred 
o    Should have handled at least 1 Implementation Projects and 2+ Support projects
o    Required : Certified in SuccessFactors PMGM
o    Knowledge in identifying the talent gaps with career paths that link to development plans and learning activities  (through SAP SuccessFactors Learning)
o    Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them to speed on Performance management processes
o    Good Knowledge in Goal setting and Performance Processes
o    Experience in Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities
o    Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
o    Experience in Route maps and step types
o    Experience in Performance form customization with section, filed, required field permissions
o    Experience in Calibration process
o    Experience with Continuous Performance Management and it’s integration with GM PM
o    Experience in 360 Degree multi rater templates
o    Experience with Goals uploads and overall ratings uploads 
o    Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and Support.
o    Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development    
o    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
o    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
o    Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
o    Bachelor or Master degree
o    Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow 
o    Working knowledge of Role Based Permission assignments
o    Working knowledge of Story Reports/Workforce Analytics
o    Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants
