1)1 -3 years experience in PMO role
MBA (Finance or Marketing) from good Management institute

Good in communication both written & verbal

Analytical abilities 
Good with Numbers 
Proficiency in word processing, presentation (MUST) and spreadsheet (MUST) software

Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels
