SAP PP/QM Consultant – S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition PPQM Consultant with at least 2 full-cycle implementations. The candidate will lead manufacturing and quality management process configurations aligned with SAP standard scope.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops in Production Planning and Quality Management
•    Configure PP and QM scope using CBC for:
o    Production Orders / Process Orders
o    Work Centers, Routings, BOMs
o    MRP, Capacity Planning
o    Quality Inspection, Notifications, Results Recording
•    Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and Document Customer Requirements 
•    Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. 
•    Design, Customize, Configure and Testing of PP-PI and QM. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document Functional Designs, Test Cases and Results.
•    Proactively identify and propose Business Process and/or System Enhancements 
•    Design, customize, configure and testing of QM including Stability Study Process. Custom MIC Formula for auto calculation based on other MIC Values. 
•    Configuration Production Planning specially with Process Manufacturing of introduction and changes to materials, BOMs and Master Recipes, Back Flushing, MRP, Demand Management and Shop Floor Process, Material Specification, Inspections Plans for Inspection Planning. Good at Batch Management functions like Batch Derivation & Batch Determination, Batch Traceability etc. 
•    Design and Implement Catalogues, Inspection Characteristics, LIMS, Inspection Methods, Sample Determination, Sampling Methods, QM-Specific Data in Material Master 
•    Responsible for the system requirement study, Solution Design, System Configuration, System Testing, Data Conversion, Documentation, System Integration. 
•    Work self-directed and independently with good handling of integration points with CO, MM, QM modules and experience in Data uploading tool Data Migration Cockpit. 
•    Mapping the Technical Structure of the company from SAP PP and QM perspective.
•    Experience in Variant configuration will be an added advantage 
•    Work with SD, MM, EWM, and FI teams for integrated solutions
•    Use of SAP Cloud Integration for shop floor systems (if applicable)
•    Prepare test scripts, support UAT, and manage cutover activities
•    Support Production Execution (Make-to-Stock / Make-to-Order)
•    Ensure clean documentation in Cloud ALM and alignment with Activate Methodology
•    Support post-Go-Live hypercare and issue resolution
•    Prepare functional specs for enhancements/change requests
•    Deliver training to business users
•    Business travel as per project needs
Mandatory Qualifications
•    6+ years of SAP experience with 2+ S/4HANA Public Cloud PPQM implementations
•    Familiarity with standard scope items for Production & Quality
•    Hands-on with CBC, Fiori apps, role mapping
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
•    Exposure to SAP Signavio, BTP integrations, and Cloud ALM
•    Understanding of clean core principles and extensibility approaches
•    Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
