Platinum Consultant

Job Description:

Role: Senior SF Consultant with excellent verbal, written English and confident delivery when communicating .

Skills & Certification:
Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Active certification in Employee Central is required; Recruiting and Onboarding certification is preferred.
Experience in managing client SF landscape presenting delta releases to clients by analysing current configurations and managing system refresh and post-refresh activities.
Experience as a senior resource working within an offshore dedicated team linked to contracted service owned/managed by another country i.e. UK
Knowledge and/or certification in another SF modules such as Performance Management. 
Knowledge of AskHR 
Understanding SAP SuccessFactors Joule, SAP BTP, and how they integrate with each other.
Knowledge of SAP HCM, S4 HANA and CPI Integrations.
Knowledge of ITIL

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work within an offshore SF Team to deliver the highest quality results for our UK client within deadlines for BAU and SF Projects.
Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement technology using SAP best practice.
Contribute accurate and timely, weekly and Monthly reports to Client.
Manage ticket escalations: root cause analysis, providing solution/ workaround and effective communication with Clients.
Make sure the governance adherence, as per client policy and processes ,for BAU Incidents, Service Request and Change Requests/ Enhancement requests.
Manage , plan, demonstrate and support Successfactors Half yearly release with Business partners/ PS Systems Team.
Support the growing Successfactors Landscape. Actively support Successfactors Instance refresh in co-ordination with Working Environment Group and cross functional teams like Finance and Payroll. 
Keep up to date with latest SAP SF release/ enhancements and have appetite to learn new functionalities such as Joule/AI
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to mentor and boost the development your peers within your offshore team.

 

UK Managed Services: “Tech-Ops” (Logistics) Team 
Background
Jazz Pharmaceuticals are an American owned biopharmaceutical company who focus on oncology and neuroscience treatments. Their headquarters are in Dublin, Ireland. 
Starting in January 2024, the NDBS service to the Jazz has included a dedicated team in addition to AMS and TMS elements.  The initial dedicated team consisted of 13.5 FTE, but this is being expanded to 16 FTE through the course of 2025. 
NDBS colleagues who work in the dedicated team are embedded within the Jazz IS Support function, use Jazz IT Service Management tools, follow Jazz processes and are under the day-to-day management of the Jazz operational leads. 
Jazz structure their SAP support function into 3 separate Technical Towers: Finance, Non-Functional and Tech-Ops (Logistics).  Each tower includes a NDBS Lead to provide the Jazz Management team with a central point of contact and to coordinate the day-to-day activities of team members within the tower.
Summary of Role
As a member of the Tech-Ops Team, you will be responsible for working with various customer stakeholders (both Business and IT stakeholders).   This is a very customer focused, hands-on role where the Tech-Ops team are expected to work on customer issues and developments, as well as collaborate with other functional and technical consultants – both within the dedicated Jazz team, and across the wider NDBS Managed Services organization.  
This role will be remote, although there may be opportunities for occasional travel to customer sites (predominately in Europe).
The ideal candidate will have a background in providing support for SAP Logistics, as well as demonstrable skills in managing multiple stakeholders through a mix of communication methods. 
You will act as an ambassador for the NDBS Tech Ops team, providing the customer team will a central point of contact for operational issues and support.  

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide a high level  of 2nd & 3rd line advisory and consultative support to the Jazz customer stakeholder community.
•    Collaborate on activities across the Tech Ops team, working with colleagues to identify and resolve blockers and impediments. 
•    Establish and maintain a good working knowledge of Jazz IT Service Management processes and governance requirements 
•    Own issues and developments on behalf of the customer, and manage these through the service lifecycle with own team.  
•    Analyse, configure and implement appropriate solutions with the support of the Functional and  Development Consultants when applicable
•    Strong communicator; work closely with Jazz and internal NDBS stakeholders, keeping all parties up-to-date with progress of key deliverables and key metrics.
•    Problem solving: use own initiative to identify and implement solutions and opportunities. 

Essential:
•    Experienced SAP Supply Chain consultant with exposure to MRP planning, PPDS and how the two products are used in conjunction with required master data.
•    Previous experience in triaging SAP incidents, and liaising with end users to identify and resolve issues. 
•    Good communication skills – including liaison with various stakeholders via video calls and Emails
•    Experience of working in regulated environments (e.g. pharmaceutical) and conforming to set policies for producing and maintaining documentation. 
•    Exposure to functional and UAT testing activities.
•    Documentation skills:- including functional specifications, test scripts, business process instructions and understanding the importance of version control.
•    A strong ability to understand business processes and design appropriate solutions.
•    Demonstrable experience of maintaining technical knowledge / learning new skills.
•    Proven ability to work with customers to provide robust end-to-end business solutions.

Additional Preferred Experience: 
•    Good understanding of GXP requirements
•    Exposure to Service Now IT Service Management tool
•    Experience in providing training to end users who have a limited exposure to SAP systems
•    Previous experience of Change Management processes in a regulated environment
