Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP IS-Oil professional with 12+ years of domain and technical expertise in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP IS-Oil modules such as Downstream, Upstream, TSW (Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench), HPM (Hydrocarbon Product Management), and TD (Transportation & Distribution). The candidate will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with business processes specific to the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead or support SAP IS-Oil implementation and enhancement projects across various Oil & Gas segments (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream).
•    Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions within IS-Oil modules.
•    Configure and optimize TD, TSW, HPM, Exchange Agreements, Bulk Transportation, and Pricing processes.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to understand trading, logistics, inventory, and hydrocarbon management needs.
•    Integrate IS-Oil with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PM, FICO, PP, and EHS.
•    Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are addressed (e.g., tax, safety, environmental).
•    Drive testing, data migration, and cutover planning activities.
•    Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.
•    Contribute to solution architecture and strategic roadmap planning for SAP Oil & Gas deployments.
•    Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:
•    12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-Oil modules.
•    Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
o    Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM)
o    Trader’s and Scheduler’s Workbench (TSW)
o    Transportation and Distribution (TD)
o    Bulk Stock Management & Exchange Agreements
o    Upstream Production and Revenue Accounting (PRA) (if applicable)
•    In-depth understanding of Oil & Gas industry processes, supply chain, and trading operations.
•    Experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations in the Oil & Gas sector.
•    Familiarity with integration to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ETRM, or third-party trading systems.
•    Strong debugging and issue resolution skills.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    SAP Certification in IS-Oil or relevant SAP modules.
•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Oil & Gas.
•    Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, ISO, API).
•    Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
•    Familiarity with automation tools, SAP Fiori, and user experience enhancements.
