Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) professional with over 12 years of experience in SAP Utilities domain, including strong expertise in modules like Device Management, Billing & Invoicing, FICA, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, implementation oversight, and stakeholder management for utility transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead end-to-end SAP IS-U implementations and transformation programs in the utilities sector.
•    Define and deliver solution architecture across IS-U modules: Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, Energy Data Management (EDM), and Customer Service.
•    Provide strategic direction on system design, integrations, and enhancements.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver effective solutions.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams including ABAP, CRM, FICO, and Basis.
•    Drive system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements (e.g., from ECC to S/4HANA for Utilities).
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
•    Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership within the team.
•    Support proposal development and client presentations, if needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
•    12+ years of experience in SAP IS-U implementation and support.
•    Expertise in core IS-U areas: Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, EDM, and Customer Service.
•    Hands-on experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP IS-U implementations.
•    Solid understanding of utility industry processes (Electricity, Gas, Water).
•    Experience working with S/4HANA Utilities is highly desirable.
•    Strong understanding of integration with SAP CRM, SAP PM, and external systems.
•    Good knowledge of data migration, interfaces, and custom developments.
•    Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    SAP IS-U certification(s).
•    Experience with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) or Smart Grid solutions.
•    Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX) in the utilities sector.
•    Project Management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
•    Strong documentation and presentation skills.
