Job Description:

JD:
• 10+ years of process consulting experience in Risk & Resilience domain, preferably with TPRM area experience
• Domain expert in IRM and TPRM processes
• Extensive experience in process consulting and workshop facilitations
• Proven record in engaging diverse & senior stakeholders in guiding them through target state operating model & processes
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform and workflows, with the ability to align business process with relevant platform capabilities
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate complex needs into clear funcitonal guidance
• Proven delivery experience on enterprise scale implementations
• Quick learner who is comfortable rallying the team to work through ambiguity

CIS-Risk & Compliance
CIS-VRM / CIS-TPRM
Relevant Risk, Compliance and Audit Industry Certifications
