Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bid Manager to manage medium to large bid opportunities. The role focuses on end-to-end bid execution, coordination with internal stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, compliant proposals that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage the complete bid lifecycle from RFP analysis to final submission 
•    Review and interpret RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and identify key requirements 
•    Coordinate with sales, solution, delivery, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs 
•    Prepare and compile proposal documents, presentations, and commercial responses 
•    Ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency in all submissions 
•    Track bid timelines, milestones, and approvals to meet deadlines 
•    Contribute to win strategies, messaging, and value propositions 
•    Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates 
•    Support client queries, clarifications, and presentations 
•    Participate in post-bid reviews to identify improvement areas 

Required Skills & Competencies
•    Strong experience in bid management / proposal coordination 
•    Good understanding of tendering processes and documentation 
•    Excellent written communication and presentation skills 
•    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
•    Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments 
•    Good stakeholder coordination and team collaboration skills 
•    Basic understanding of commercials, pricing, and contracts

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 
•    MBA (preferred but not mandatory) 
•    Certification in proposal management (nice to have)
