Bid Management/Presales Consultant Roles & Responsibilities

• Senior Consultant with 5–6 years of experience in Bid Management / Presales, with strong SAP proposal exposure
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Work on Statements of Work (SOWs) and renewing contracts
• Work on SAP focused proposals including Greenfield implementations, migrations, conversions etc.
• Maintain a reusable proposal content and template library
• Interface with Sales and Delivery teams to create case studies
• Use AI tools to enhance proposal quality, speed, and effectiveness
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, finance, and solution teams to craft winning proposals
• Convert text heavy material into visuals, infographics, and polished presentations
• Work independently with strong ownership of all bid activities
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Create, refine, and structure PowerPoint proposal decks for executive‑level presentations
• Experience using SharePoint for content management, version control, and repository organization
• Suggest and drive process improvements across the bid and presales function
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer facing interactions
• Experience working on US bids and coordinating with US teams for inputs and alignment
