Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for strategic opportunities. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, developing winning proposals, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive submissions.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the entire bid management process from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid analysis 
•    Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and develop bid strategies aligned with business goals 
•    Collaborate with sales, technical, finance, legal, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals 
•    Drive win themes, value propositions, and differentiators in submissions 
•    Manage bid timelines, governance, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery 
•    Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal policies, and industry standards 
•    Develop and maintain bid templates, knowledge repositories, and best practices 
•    Conduct competitor analysis and market research to strengthen positioning 
•    Lead bid review meetings (Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team reviews) 
•    Support client presentations, negotiations, and clarifications 
•    Analyze bid outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies 

Required Skills & Competencies
•    Strong expertise in bid management, proposal writing, and tendering processes 
•    Proven track record of winning large/complex deals 
•    Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills 
•    Strong project management and organizational abilities 
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
•    Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments 
•    Strategic thinking with a commercial and financial understanding

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 
•    MBA or equivalent (preferred) 
•    Certifications like APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) are a plus
