Position Title : Solution Architect – SAP AMS & S/4HANA Transformation
Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Solution Architect with strong expertise in both SAP Application Management Services (AMS) and SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programs. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and technical understanding of SAP landscapes, enterprise transformation initiatives, and global delivery operations.
Preference will be given to candidates who have supported or managed engagements across Europe, APAC, KSA, and Middle East markets.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for AMS and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. 
•    Design scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP solutions aligned with business objectives. 
•    Drive SAP S/4HANA assessment, migration, implementation, rollout, and transformation programs. 
•    Manage and support SAP AMS engagements including incident management, enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvements. 
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, functional consultants, and technical teams across global regions. 
•    Provide architecture governance, solution standards, and best practices across SAP programs. 
•    Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture reviews. 
•    Ensure integration across SAP and non-SAP systems in complex enterprise environments. 
•    Support pre-sales, solution proposals, estimations, and client presentations when required. 
•    Work closely with geographically distributed teams supporting Europe, APAC, KSA, and Middle East operations. 
•    Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards. 
Required Skills & Expertise
Mandatory Skills
•    Strong experience in SAP AMS support projects. 
•    Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation/implementation programs. 
•    Deep understanding of SAP architecture and enterprise integration. 
•    Experience in handling large-scale SAP landscapes and multi-country deployments. 
•    Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. 
•    Experience in solution design, architecture governance, and delivery management. 
•    Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams. 
Preferred SAP Exposure
Experience in one or more of the following:
•    SAP S/4HANA 
•    SAP ECC 
•    SAP FICO 
•    SAP MM / SD / PP / WM 
•    SAP Basis 
•    SAP BTP 
•    SAP Integration Suite / CPI 
•    SAP Fiori 
•    SAP Solution Manager 

Preferred Experience
•    Experience supporting clients across: 
o    Europe 
o    APAC 
o    KSA 
o    Middle East 
•    Exposure to global delivery model and distributed support organizations. 
•    Experience in manufacturing, retail, pharma, oil & gas, or enterprise domains is an advantage. 
•    SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA or architecture domains will be an added advantage. 

Educational Qualification
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
•    MBA or SAP certifications preferred.
