Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant with expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting recruiting solutions to streamline the hiring process and enhance candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
•    Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules.
•    Configure job requisitions, application templates, candidate profiles, and recruiting workflows.
•    Manage career site configuration, candidate experience, and branding through RMK.
•    Configure offer management, interview scheduling, and recruiting processes.
•    Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
•    Configure Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and notifications.
•    Ensure integration with Employee Central, Onboarding, and other SuccessFactors modules.
•    Perform system testing, UAT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
•    Prepare functional documentation and provide user training.
Required Skills
•    Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
•    Experience with Career Site Builder (CSB) and candidate experience management.
•    Knowledge of Job Requisition templates, Application templates, Offer approvals, and Interview scheduling.
•    Experience with Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and workflows.
•    Understanding of integration with Employee Central and Onboarding modules.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification (RCM/RMK).
•    Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects.
•    Knowledge of Career Site Builder and recruiting analytics/reporting.
